I had no idea what a huge difference it would make in my life to have this, but it is incredible!
Everything is going well as far as my healing. The results were immediate for me, and have continued to improve in rapid succession. The only irritation I’ve experienced has been what was caused by the occipital speculum to the surrounding tissues and that was completely gone after the nap same day. My eyes felt like “my eyes” again on the third day. As far as discomfort, I did have some drainage from the medicated drops, but I can deal with that, and I’ve only had mild sensations of strain or dryness which were easily solved with putting on the sunglasses or using the suggested OTC drops. My light sensitivity has improved already and that seemed to happen a few days after I was finished with the medicated drops. The most shocking thing was that I have had almost no haziness. After the third day that was completely gone and my vision seems to continue to get better and better. So, I am going from perfect vision to Super Vision.
Haven’t had the opportunity to shoot yet, but I’m dying to! I will update you with the results at my earliest opportunity.

“Thanks so much for the care and attention you and your staff provided me. Things seem to be going well. I missed one letter on the 20/15 chart during my follow up with Dr. Crawford on Tuesday. I couldn’t be more pleased. My vision is as good or better than it was with glasses. I’m actually noticing a lot more things around me than I would have with glasses because my vision is clear from all peripherals instead of just being clear through the eyeglass window.
An interesting story from last weekend: My family and I were having dinner at a friend’s house. With my new “super vision” as they called it, I was able to see a rattlesnake strike at a squirrel from 60 yards. My friend located it (I’m not that brave when it comes to snakes) and dispatched it. It had found a nice hiding place under his daughter’s sliding board under her playset. So I guess you could say my new vision potentially saved his daughter (and my daughter for that matter) a lot of pain and suffering (and possibly their lives) should either of them have been bitten while playing over there.
I never knew what I had been missing from wearing glasses all those years. I told my wife I can now focus on a pinhead at 100 yards. A bit of a stretch, no doubt. But that all depends on your definition of a pinhead.

Dr. Holzman is without a doubt the best LASIK eye surgeon in the nation. Professional, talented, and best of all – great bedside manner. He genuinely cares about his patients and makes you feel EXTREMELY comfortable throughout the entire process. I can’t stress enough how much he helped make the process a breeze. He even texted me hours after the surgery after hours to make sure I was doing ok. He’s a surgeon that is modest even when colleagues in his field will tell you he is the best in his field.
