I am six months removed from the procedure and I am very satisfied with the results of LASIK. The experience at the office was great.

Procedure: Was not bad and I felt no pain. I just smelled a little burning. The closest thing to discomfort was the compression of the machine bearing down to hold my head in place.

For the first few days: I felt like I had a few specs of sand constantly in my eyes. I also was constantly comparing my vision with left vs right. I had to stay on top of my eye drops. My vision had subtle changes in the first few weeks.

For few months after: My eyes felt dry for a couple of months after that, and the eye drops were a nice help that I had to stay with.

Now: At this point, I forget that I ever even had the procedure. My eyes are not dry, and my vision is great.

Thanks!
