You arrive at TLC nervous, naturally. You are, in fact, about to have a bunch of funky medical stuff done to your eyeballs. However, the second you meet with Dr. Holzman you forget about all of that. He’s super down-to-earth and answers all of your questions directly. He acts cool and collected because he’s done a whole mess (i.e. THOUSANDS) of these procedures. He knows the results are going to be fantastic and he can’t wait to show you.
I left the clinic completely floored by how easy the procedure was. It was nuts. One second we were talking about NCAA football (big ups to the U!) and the next the world got a whole lot less blurry. He also put on ‘Sittin’ On The Dock of the Bay’ in the operating. Now I’m not saying I could’ve dozed off, but given the circumstances I was really relaxed, and that made the experience way easier.
I can’t recommend Dr. Holzman enough. He masterfully performed my PRK and never left me confused about what needed to be done during any part of the experience. He even called me a few hours after my procedure to make sure I was ok. And the results? CRYSTAL CLEAR. It’s to the point where it’s so clear it’s disorienting at first. For serious. I think the only way he could have given me better vision is if he equipped me to see into the future or through walls or something. Dr. Holzman is a master of his trade and a cool dude. Go see him.
