There are only a few restrictions that patients need to take note of after LASIK surgery. These post LASIK restrictions are prompted to all patients throughout the Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C. TLC offices. The patient may not swim, rub or bang their eyes for a couple of weeks after the surgery.
There are very few restrictions following Lasik surgery. In fact, the only ones that I can think of at the moment are no swimming for two weeks, and no rubbing or banging of the eyes. You can even exercise the day after surgery as long as you’re very cautious not to hit the eyes. Most people are back to their normal daily activities one day after the surgery, including working and driving.
